Terms Of Use: Jewellery
Girl From Blue City jewellery items are not
designed for children under the age of 14 years. Due to the appearance
of some designs by Girl From Blue City children may mistake them as
food. Please do not appempt to eat any Girl From Blue City jewellery as
it may cause choking. Although non-toxic, none of the materials used in Girl From Blue
City's designs are edible. ONLY AGREE TO GIRL FROM BLUE CITY TERMS AND
CONDITIONS IF THE ITEMS YOU ARE PURCHASING ARE NOT FOR PERSONS AGED 14
AND UNDER.
Bracelets are designed with a clasp, rolling bracelets onto wrists without using the clasp will cause wear and damage, bracelets returned for this reason will not be refunded.
All designs may vary from images due to the handmade nature of the products.
Returns Policy
Faulty goods must be logged before return HERE. Upon receipt of the return log an email will be sent with further instruction. Please read the following information on returns before logging your return.
Unwanted purchases can only be returned unopened in it's original packaging within 14 days of receiving goods. Items suspected of being worn will not be refunded.
Any worn items returned will not be refunded.
Faulty items returned will be repaired or replaced at the discression of Girl From Blue City up to 30 days after receiving goods.Â
Items obtaining fault or damage from being rolled onto the wrist without using the clasp (as described above) will not be refunded and repair of those items is at the discression of Girl From Blue City. Girl From Blue City will not repair faulty returned items if a customer is suspected of unnessesary carelessness or purposeful damage to an item.
Ordering and Delivery
All orders must be paid in full using Paypal during checkout.  A payment request will be sent to customers who place orders without payment, failure to pay a payment request may result in customers being blocked from using this website.
Orders usually take 3 - 5 working days to be processed and dispatched. Orders may take longer than 5 working days during busy periods such as Christmas and sales.
Dispatch emails are sent when orders are posted. If orders do not arrive within 10 working days of receiving a dispatch email please contact us.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Girl From Blue City product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Girl From Blue City reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Girl From Blue City reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Girl From Blue City shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Girl From Blue City without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
